What are piles?

There are many diseases of the anus. However, the common man thinks that any problem of the anus is piles. But this is a completely wrong idea. There are many diseases besides piles (such as rectal cancer) that cause similar symptoms. Our rectum usually has 3 anal cushions that close the mouth of the rectum so that air or soft stools cannot come out when these anal cushions (blood vessels) are larger than normal and cause various symptoms (e.g. We call it piles or hemorrhoids as soon as the flesh comes out. However, in rural Bengal it is widely known as hemorrhoids.

At what age?

Can happen at any age. However, usually young and old people are more. Children are less likely to be.

Types of piles:

External hemorrhoids- outside the anus.

Internal hernorrhoids- inside the anus.

Interoexternal haemorrhoids- from inside to outside of the anus.

4 types of internal piles again-

Grade-1: Only bleeding, pain free, no flesh comes out.

Grade-2: Bleeding, pain free, flesh comes out but does not touch the hands.

Grade-3: Bleeding, pain free, flesh comes out, touches hands. It has to be inserted with the fingers.

Grade-4: Once the flesh comes out through the anus, it is no longer possible to insert it.

Why Piles (Reasons):

Long-term constipation or thin stools.

Eat less vegetables and other fibrous foods and water.

Eat meat, fast food, spicy, salty and fatty foods.

Excess body weight.

Pregnancy.

How to understand piles?

 Painless bleeding during bowel movements.

Swelling of the anus may come out.

Inflammation, pain or itching in the rectum.

Complications can cause pain in some cases.

Experiments in diagnosing piles:

Diagnosis of piles usually does not require much testing.

Diagnosis is made by looking at the rectum, examining with a finger, and proctoscopy.

However, full or short colonoscopy is done to rule out whether there is any other disease in which similar symptoms are seen (eg polyps, cancer, IBD).

Do not sit on the toilet for too long.

If necessary, at night and in the morning, you can soak 2 handfuls of roses in water / lemon juice / milk / fruit juice.

Are the piles perfectly good?

This is a very common question. Yes, piles are definitely better. However, it depends on the grade. There are four grades. Depending on the grade of treatment. And getting better depends on whether there is proper treatment, and whether there is a proper diagnosis.

You must talk to a good colorectal surgeon. In the early stage, medicine is just that. But advanced stage requires operation. There are many surgery options. There are about 15 to 20 types of surgery. Most operations are painless and bleeding. There is no problem in living a normal life.

Could it happen again?

This is also a very common question. Yes, maybe. However, it depends on the correct diagnosis and the right treatment. As well as your lifestyle and whether you follow the rules. The chances of recurrence are usually much lower with the right treatment and adherence to the rules.

Malpractice?

Sad but true is the most ‘malpractice’ piles. ‘Malpractice’ multiplies the complications of the disease. In case of ‘malpractice’, the doctor also has to get a lot of speed to heal the patient again. Some so-called physicians are treating these diseases without any knowledge of medical science, and thousands of suffering patients are being deceived every day. In most cases, toxic chemical injections and a type of acid, a black powder, are used in the rectum. As a result, the rectal muscles rot and cause severe pain and odor. Patients are tempted to seek treatment without surgery and 100% guaranteed, refundable price failure. Then when toxic chemicals are applied, severe pain and suffering begins. Excessive doses of painkiller injections or medications are used to relieve the pain. The toilet road has to be rebuilt. As a result, many complex surgeries are required. Many people have trouble holding the toilet. He always comes out of the toilet leaking incessantly. The clothes are ruined. The rectum has to be reconstructed through plastic surgery which is a very expensive and complicated surgery. Many patients become paralyzed due to malpractice. Many parts of the body become numb. The use of toxic chemicals causes problems in the nerves which leads to nerve weakness. In many cases, the body becomes permanently numb. Again, many become partially unconscious. Some people need long-term treatment. So such treatment is no longer done. Because the side effects are much more. A lot of the time the rectum gets squeezed. There is a problem to the toilet. Anal fissures and rectal contractions are much more likely. Moreover, there are many good treatments at hand now. However, the treatment of piles depends on the grade, and whether the proper treatment is being done. And for this you must talk to a good colorectal surgeon. So let's have time to be aware of ourselves, to be aware of others, and not to say malpractice. Everyone is healthy, well. Because well-being is the greatest blessing of the Creator.
