Generally we take coffee, tea, cola, guarana, mate, and other products daily basis, because it makes us active for work, it boost our performance and reduce our blood pressure.

But we don’t know, how it’s happening and which material is inside on these types of tea, coffee etc.

On this types of food has one material that is Caffeine.

 


We should start to know what caffeine is:

                We know caffeine is a white powder which one is bitter taste. When we take caffeine than it works our brain function. At end of the day our brain releases neurotransmitter, it’s called adenosine. By this adenosine we feel tired.

Then when we take coffee, tea, or any other food or beverage where caffeine is include, this caffeine stop this effect by binding to adenosine in our brain. It makes us more awake about sleeping.

 

Caffeine affects our human body:

                I think most of the food has some benefit and bad affect also like that, caffeine has some benefit and bad affect also. If you take more caffeine than 400 milligram a day then it will very bad effect on your body.

 

We have to know some good benefit about taking caffeine:

1.       Increase your energy level.

2.       Burn your fat (Weight loss).

3.       Sport Performance.

4.       It improves your physical performance.

5.       It helps people stay awake.

 

How much caffeine is good for health?

So more than 400 milligram of caffeine is harmful for human body. So we have to know how much cubes contain how much milligram of caffeine?

 8-ounce cup of coffee: 95-200 mg,

 12-ounce can of cola: 35-45 mg,

 8-ounce energy drink: 70-100 mg,

 8-ounce cup of tea: 14-60 mg.

 

So we should take caffeine minimum than above measurement.

 

Bad effect of human body about taking over doses of caffeine:

                I thinks that caffeine is like a drug. It’s commonly used many food and drinks. But no one think about that it’s a drug. Even this caffeine is also add in many beverage and food. So caffeine significant effect for human body.

1.      It increase heart beat faster:

 

In the world we see many people are died by hearth attacked. Nowadays there we see young people are affected on heart attacked. Most of the food has caffeine. Most of young people are consumed energy drinks and it has high doses of caffeine.

 

2.      Anxiety:

As we know that caffeine increases our alertness. But higher doses of caffeine leading to anxiety and nervousness. If anyone take 1000mg of caffeine per day then he will have been reported to cause nervousness, jitteriness and similar symptoms in most people.

 

 

3.      Insomnia:

 

It’s a good thinks that caffeine helps to awake from sleep. But if you take higher doses of caffeine then it’s very difficult to get restorable sleep.

4.      Addiction

In one study, selected 213 people to ignore coffee for 360 hours. There only that people are who are taking coffee daily 8-10 cups are becoming mad to stay without coffee. So Caffeine is addicted us very much.

5.      High Blood Pressure

If you have high blood pressure then you should ask your doctor about drinking caffeinated beverage. If doctor advise to stop it then you should follow it strictly. Most of doctor says that if you are take suppose 300ml of caffeine a day, then doctor day you decrease this amount you take daily 150ml of caffeine.

 

If you think you need to stop this. Follow above way decrease your amount of taking caffeine.

 

6.      Fatigue

Without taking coffee or any caffeine if you feel fatigue, then it’s very sure that it may Couse caffeine responsible.

 

7.      Frequent Urination and Urgency

Caffeine is a diuretic. It can also increase the urge to urinate if consumed in excessive amounts.
